Marquite Goodman

Director of Operations

Education: Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Administration

Marquite Goodman has been in the field of Birth-Kindergarten for 21 years. As she has navigated through this constantly changing field, she has gained a specialty in Challenging behaviors which leads her to promote inclusive classroom settings. She believes that children learn at different levels and as the educator we should use a variety of ideas, resources, and tools to create quality learning experience for each child.

Jordan Burwell

Assistant Director

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business Management

Jordan Burwell has been dedicated to the field of Early Childhood for over 8 years of experience working with children and families. With a passion for fostering growth and development, Mr. Jordan has built a solid foundation in early childhood, focusing on creating nurturing environments that support learning and emotional well-being. He is furthering his education by obtaining his master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies with a concentration in Administration and Managment. The decision to pursue a career in early childhood education stemmed from a desire to make a meaningful impact on young lives.

Lakisha Taylor

Team Lead

Education: Holding NC Early Childhood Credentials, an Infant Toddler Certification, and an Administration Certification

Lakisha Taylor is an experienced and passionate early childhood professional with over 20 years of dedication to working with children and families. Ms. Lakisha has developed deep expertise in creating supportive, developmentally appropriate environments for children from infancy through early elementary school. Currently working towards an associate’s degree in early childhood education, Ms. Lakisha is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
